Kelcie Sneed plans to attend Louisiana Tech in the Fall semester. In her spare time, Miss Sneed volunteers in the school library, volunteers at the Resident’s Hall in Arcadia, Louisiana, assists with the school’s office operations, teaches at her local vacation bible school, and is an avid cross-country runner. Miss Sneed is a true scholar.
